Procedure for YEC'S AND LIONS CLUBS who wish to send
Youths to the Netherlands Camps and Exchange Programmes.

Please follow these steps:

• Send an email to George Everdy Vice chairman MD110 The Netherlands and ask for an application form and download the conditions and read this carefully
  
• Fill-in all the fields electronically on your PC and save the completed application form. Handwritten applications are not accepted.
  
• Ask the participant to write a letter Dear Host-family to present him/herself.
  
• Print the application form on paper, then have it signed by their parents or guardian and the sponsor Lions Club officer.
  
• Join a passport picture, a copy of the participants passport, the letter addressed to as well as a valid illness and accident insurance certificate and send everything - together with the signed application form.
  
  
• All digital applications form and other information such as the letter DHF, pictures, passport has to be send by email to : George.Everdij@greenyard.nl
  The Dutch Youth Exchange organisation is ultimately responsible for the selection of the camp.
• Please note that without the above mentioned information we are not able to make your subscription final.
  
  
• After your have received an acceptation email you can send the scanned 3rd page of the application form, dully signed by parents or guardian and the sponsor Lions Club officer and so on by email to George.Everdij@greenyard.nl
