Welcome to Greenyard Back to Basics. One of the Youth Exchange Camps of Lions International. The Back to Basics camp will be situated at the beautiful Bronckhorsthoeve (www.bronckhorsthoeve.nl)  near the town of Brummen in the province of Gelderland, a lovely region in the middle-eastern part of The Netherlands. This superb accomodation , right on the banks of the river IJssel will ensure that you will have a great stay at our camp.

During your stay we like to show you why our region is so special. Gelderland is the province with the largest nature area and National forrest (called Veluwe, www.hogeveluwe.nl) in The Netherlands. Thatswhy our motto is "Back to Basics". Many items of our 2 weeks program are connected to enjoying the beauty of our surroundings.

Six Lionsclubs within the area are organizing a two weeks program. It will be a mixure of activities. Nature walks, town visits, relaxation, team efforts, canoeing, road trips and much more. But most of all , having fun together. Go and check the program section for more detailed information.

But these Lionsclubs cannot succeed without the assistance of a Junior Staff. They will introduce themselves in another part of this website.

You will get plenty of time to get to know each other, as Youth Exchange is the primary goal.

Back to Basics is going to be an experience you will never forget!

See you!
